Job Description
We, McCoy Ceylon Commodities (Pvt) Ltd, a Tea exporting organization based in Sri Lanka, at the home of Ceylon Tea, are seeking a self-motivated Senior HR Executive to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of Payroll
- Manage recruitment and selection
- Manpower planning in relation to production targets
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Employee counselling and grievance handling
- Team building and employee relations
- Training and development
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR work experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and legal compliances
- Computer literate
Salary: 130,00.00 (Negotiable)
Location: Sedawatta, Wellampitiya
