Job Description
• Provide support to end-users on SAP-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the SAP system, ensuring timely updates and data cleansing activities.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new SAP users and refresher courses for existing users.
• Work closely with the Group IT team, SAP consultants, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the SAP system aligns with business requirements.
• Generate regular reports from the SAP system as required by various departments, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate and manage SAP projects, including upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
