Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Will by Zac in Colombo. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing. They will oversee the company’s social media presence, develop and implement social media campaigns, manage content creation and publishing, analyze, and report on social media metrics, and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Communication, and Content Strategy skills
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience managing social media platforms
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
