Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager HR & Administration to oversee all human resource and administrative functions within our export-oriented company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Lead and develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Oversee office administration and facilities management
