Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Powerbox Toys located in Colombo. As a Store Manager, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize sales. You will also implement store policies, procedures, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in the toy industry is a plus
