Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for students and inquiries.
- Respond promptly via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist students with applications and provide guidance.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma holder with strong communication skills.
- Experience in similar roles and aviation industry knowledge preferred.
- Computer literate with a friendly and positive attitude.
