Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tour Manager to join our growing team in Sri Lanka. The Tour Manager will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and leading group tours, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize tours according to client preferences and company offerings.
• Manage tour logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and activities.
• Lead tours, providing insightful commentary and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour.
• Collaborate with local partners and service providers to ensure high-quality services.
• Collect and manage feedback to continuously improve tour experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tour Manager or similar role in the travel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Sri Lanka’s attractions, culture, and logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
