Role Description: This full-time on-site role involves handling HR/Admin tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, and training. The assistant will also support solar customers in transaction closure and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Benefits administration experience
- Training and development skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Sinhalese
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A people’s person with an interest in developing a career in HR
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
